                                          I, Charles J. Bushnell
          a Commissioner in said State, approved by the Govenor of
          the State of Florida to administer oaths and affirmations, and
          to take depositions affidavits, and acknowledgement and
          proof of deeds &C to be used and recorded in the said State of 
          Florida, and duly commissioned and sworn and dwelling in the
          City of New York, Do hereby certify that on this Twentieth day
          of April One thousand eight hundred and fifty three per-
          sonaly appeared Alexander Muir, Ana C. Muir, Charles J.
          Coggell, and Glenanna M, his wife Eliza C. Muir and Susan
          A. Muir parties to a certain deed bearing date the twenty second
          day of March One thousand eight hundred and fifty three
          & hereunto annexed, who are personally known to me to be the indi-
          viduals who executed said deed, who severally acknowledged, that
          they did severally execute the said deed for the uses and purposes
          therein expressed, and the said Glorianna M. wife of the said
          Charles J. Coggill, being by me first privately examined separate
          and apart from her husband, and having the said deed also fully
          explained to her in said examination, She the said Glorianna M.
          thereupon acknowledged that she did execute said deed, and that
          she did so freely, and without any fear or complusion of her husband
          Also on the twenty first day of April of the same year, and
          at the place aforesaid before personally appeared James S. Sandford
          also party to said deed, and also to me personally known to be the
          other individual who executed said deed, who acknowledged that
          he executed the said deed for the uses and purposes therein expressed
          as Trustee for said Glorianna M. Coggill & Susan M. Muir as therein set forth
