Alachua County ) This Indenture made this the seventh day of
May in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty
three between Charles L. Wilson Sheriff in and for the County and
State aforesaid of the first part, and William B. Wimberly
Guardian of Sarah Townsend and Margaret Townsend, Minors,
and Elizabeth Wimberly, wife of the said Wimberly of the
said County and State of the second part; Withnesseth, that where
the said Charles L. Wilson Sheriff as aforesaid under a fieri
facias issued from the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of the County aforesaid under the signature of the Clerk and
seal of said Court dated the Twenty eight day of January
in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and fifty three
and came to the hand of said Sheriff the day and date last afore-
said, on the fifth day of February in the year of our Lord One
thousand eight hundred and fifty three, levied upon and seized the
following property, to wit, Three head of horses and two
negro slaves Pheoby and infant to satisfy said fieri facias issued
under a Judgement against Joseph G. Bell for the sum of Eighteen
hundred dollars($1800) recovered on the fourteenth day of December
in the year of our lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty two
in the Circuit Court of the Eastern Circuit of Floria held at the Court House
in Newnansville in and for the County of Alachua in favor of Willaim
B. Wimberly, Elizabeth Wimberly his wife, Sarah Townsend and Margaret
Townsend, Minors, who sued by their next friend William B. Wimberly
and the said Charles L. Wilson Sheriff as aforesaid after due and legal |
