          Alachua County  ) This Indenture made and entered into this
          second day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand
          eight hundred and fifty three between M.S. Perry on the one part
          and Terza Williams on the other part, Witnesseth; that for and in 
                                              fory
          consideration of Six hundred and fifty dollars in had paid to
          said Perry by the said Terza Williams the receipt of which is here
          by acknowledged, the said M.S. Perry has this day sold, bargined
          released, and conveyed unto the said Terza, all that
          tract of land lying in the County of Alachua, State of Florida
          being a part of the Arredonda Grant, and known in the Survey as
          Section Twenty six, in Township Nine on Range twenty one, con-
          taining six hundred and thirty nine 72/100 acres, To Have and to
          hold the same to her said Terza Williams, her heirs and assigns
          forever, And I do hereby warrant and will forever defend the title here-
          by conveyed to said Terza Williams her heirs and assigns against
          the rightful claim of all and every person or persons whatever claiming
          by through or under me. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
          hand and seal the day & year above written

          do hereby certify unto all whom it may concern that the wife of the
          within named M.S. Perry did that day appear before me, and after
          being privately and separately examined before me did declare, that
          she did freely and voluntarily without any compulsion dread or fear
          from any person or persons whatsoever, renounce release and for-
          ever relinquish unto the within named Terza Williams her heirs
          and assigns all the interest and estate, and also all right
          and claim of dower of in and to all and singular the premises
          within mentioned and released  Given under my hand and seal
          this 31st day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight
          hundred and fifty three
