          County of Alauchua) The Indenture made and executed this the One thou-
          and eight hundred and fifty two between Joseph Mizele of the State
          and County aforesaid* of the first part and Mathew Hinson of
          the second part  Witnesseth that the said Joseph Mizele for and in con-
          sideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to him in hand paid
          by the said Mathew Hinson the whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
          granted, bargained sold conveyed and delivered and by theses presents
          doth grant bargain, sell, convey and deliver unto the said Mathew
          Hinson his heirs and assigins all the following described lot or
          parcel of land lying in the County aforesaid and
          known as the North East quarter of Section twenty two in Township
          Ten South of Range Twenty two containing One hundred and
          Sixty acres and fifty four hundredths of an acre to have and to
          hold the said before described premises together with all the rights
          and appertanences there unto belonging to him the said Mathew
          Hinson his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple and the said Joseph
          Mizele for himself his heirs executors administrators will forever warrant
          and defend the right and title there unto against the claims of
          all persons whatever in Testimoney Whereof the said Joseph Mizele
          has here unto set his hand and seal the day and year above written

          State of Florida  )  Personally appeared before the Subscriber
          County of Alauchua)  a Justice of the Peace for the said County and that
          Martha Mizele wife of Joseph Mizele the Subscriber to the fore
          going deed who being examined by me seperate and part from
          her said husband doth on oath declose that she did of her
          own free will and accord Sign the said foregoing deed with
          intention thereby to release all rights and title in to of the
          tract or parcel of land by the said deed conveyed
          this the 7 day of January AD 1852
