          receive and take the rents, issues, and profits thereof, to and for his and
          their own use and benefit, without any lawful let suit hindrance,
          molestation, interruption, or denial whatsoever, of, from, or by them the said
          parties of the first part, their heirs or assigns, or of, from, or by any
          other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or who shall or
          may lawfully claim hereafter, by, from, or under them or either of them
          or by, from, or, under, this or either of their rights, title, interest or
          estate, and that free and clear, and freely and clearly discharged,
          accquited, and exonerated, or otherwise well and sufficiently saved
          defended, kept harmless and indemnified by them, The said parties
          of the first part, their heirs and assigns, of from and against all
          and all manner of former and other gifts, grants, bargain, sales,
          mortgages, judgements, and all other charges and incumbrances what-
          soever, had, made, committed, executed, or done by them the said
          parties of the first part or by, through, or with their or either of
          their acts, deeds, means, consent, procurement, or privity.
            In witness whereof, the said parties of these presents have hereunto in-
          terchangeably Set their hands and seals, the day and year first above

                                      Be it known that on this day before a Com-
          missioner appointed by the Govenor of the State of Florida and qual-
          ified to take the acknowledgement of Deeds &c in New York to be used in
        said
          State of Florida personally appeared Charles W. Brush who acknowledged
          "that he had excepted the forgoing Deed for the purpose therein men-
          tioned, for himself and his Co execepted Eugene Van Ness and the said Brush
          being by me duly sworn said that he Executed said Deed for the said
          Van Ness under and by virtue of a Power of Attorney Executed to him
          for this purpose by the said Van Ness, which said power of Atty
          together with the last will and Testament of Decd Nehemiah Brush
          is duly recorded in the Clerks office of the Circuit Court for the County 
          of Alachua in said State of Florida.
            And I Certify that I am personally acquainted with the said Brush
          and know him to be the individual described in and who excepted
          said deed.
