dwelling in the City of New York, personally appeared William Bloodgood
and Thomas Tilston to me personally known to be the individuals de-
scribed in who ***** the foregoing conveyance, and also known to me
to be the assignes of all the right and title and interest which David
La Tourette bades claims to born in the premises therein described or in
the Arredonda Grant, by virtue of an instrument in writing duly ******* and
acknowledged bearing date the first day of March 1843 a duly certified copy
thereof was produced before me, and that the said William Goodblood and
Thomas Tillston then acknowledged to me that they had ******* the same for
the use and purposes therein mentioned as their on act and deed respectively and
also as the assignees of said David Tourette

Alachua County ) This Indenture made and excepted this the 26th day
) of December in the year of our Lord One thousand
Eight hundred and fifty two between Henry Sweeny of the State and Coun-
ty aforesaid of the first part and James Secrest of the second part Wit-
nesseth that the said Henry Sweeny for and in consideration of the sum
of four hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said James Secrest the
ricpt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, Bargined, sold,
conveyed and delivered and by these presents doth grant, Bargin, sell
convey and deliver unto the said James Sweeny his heirs and assign all
the following described lot or parcel of land lying or being in State and
County afore said Known as the North east quarter of Section two in Township
Eleven South of Range Twenty two containing one hundred and sixty acres
to have and to hold the said before described premises together with all
the rights appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said James Secrest
his heirs and assign for ever fee simple and the said James Henry Sweeny
for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators will forever warrant and
defend the right and title thereunto against the claims of all persons what
ever in Testimoney whereof the said Henry Sweeny has hereunto set his hand
and Seal the day and year above written.
