peace for the said County and State On Swinny wife of
Henry Swinny the Subscriber to the forgoing deed who being examined
by me separate and apart from the said husband doth on oath declare
that she did of her own free will and accord the said foregoing deed
with intention thereby to release all right and title in to and of the tract

County of Alachua ) This Indenture made the Twentieth day of December
) (1851) in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred
and fifty one between John W. Pearson of the County of Marion and State
aforesaid of the one part and Henry Swinny of County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the other part Witnesseth that the said John W. Pearson
for and in consideration of the sum $140, One hundred and forty one dollars
to him paid in hand, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged doth hereby
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Henry Swinny his heirs
in
and assigns forever, that certain piece or parcel of land here after described
to Wit, the North East Quarter of Section two in Township Eleven south of
Range Twenty two East containing One hundred and sixy acres of land
more or less. This Indenture therefore Witnesseth that the said John W. Pearson
for and in consideration of the sum of $140) One hundred and forty dollars
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged doth hereby bargin, sell and
convey unto the said Henry Swinny his executors, administrators and
assigns forever all the right, title and interest in the aforesaid tract
or parcel of land, to have and to hold the ssid tract of land, and
to the executors administrators and assigns of the said Henry Swinny, and
further more The said John W. Pearson as aforesaid doth hereby convenant
and agree & grant to and with the said Henry Swinny his heirs executors
and administrators and assigns that the said Henry Swinny his heirs
and assigns shall and forever time to time and at all times hereafter have
hold occupy possess and enjoy the said tract of land free and clear
from all encumbrances and he the said Henry Swinny his heirs and
