with Joshua Pearce witness the assignment of the within deed for the

Know all men by these presents that I Jonathon Turner of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of
One hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand paid by Sam R. Pyles
of said County and State, at and before the Sealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledged; have granted,
bargained, sold, conveyed, aliened, remised, released and confirmed
and do by these presents grant, bargain, sell Convey, alien, remise
release and confirm unto the said Sam R. Pyles all that tract or
parcel of Land lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and known and described on the Survey of the United States
as follows, to wit the North west quarter of Setion fifteen (15) in Township
Seven (7) South Range Eighteen East with all the appurtenances and all
claims, right, title, interest and demand of the said Johnathon Turner,
in and to the premises. To have and to hold the same with the appurten-
ances unto the said Saml R. Pyles his heirs and assigns forever in fee
Simple, and of the said Jonathon Turner for myself and my heirs an
do hereby covenant and agree, to and with the said Sam R. Pyles and
his heirs and assigns. That I am now the owner of the said prem-
ises and are seized of good indefeasible estate of inheritence therein,
and that I have full right and power to sell and convey the same
in fee simple absolute: that the said premises are free and clear of all en-
cumberances, that the said Saml R. Pyles and his heirs and assigns may
forever hereafter have, hold, possess and enjoy the same with out any suit,
molestation, trouble or eviction or interuption by any person whatever law-
fully Claiming under me, will at any time any right therein, and that
I the said Jonathon Turner and all persons hereafter claiming unde me
will at any time hereafter at the request and expense of the said Saml R. Pyles
his heirs and assigns, make all such further assurances for the more ef-
fectual conveying of the said premises with the appurtenances, as may be
reasonably required by him or them. And that I the said Jonathon
Turner and my heirs will and shall warrant and defend the said
premises with the appurtenances unto the said Samuel R. Pyles his
