          wife of Jonathon Turner the grantor of the foregoing deed for the conveyance
          of real estate for and in consideration of the promises in said deed related
          and in further consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid by
          Saml R. Pyles, the receipt whereof before the Sealing and delivery of these
          presents, I do hereby acknowledge: have renounced, released, relinquished
          and forever quit claimed, and do hereby these presents renounce, release
          relinquish and forever quit claim unto the said Saml R. Pyles all my
          right claim and equity of dower in and to the premises by said Deed
