Know all men by these presents, that we James Piles and Frances H. his 
wife, of the County of Marion and State of Florida for and in Consideration
of the Sum of One Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid, have granted
bargained, Sold and by these presents do Grant, bargain, Sell and Convey
unto Saml R. Pyles of the County of Alachua and State aforesaid all that
Certain parcel of Land Situate in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and described as follows, to wit, the west half of the South
West quarter of Section Eleven and the East half of the South East quar
ter of Section Ten in Township Seven South of Range Eighteen East
(as per United States Certificate of Patent No 9 and Containing one hundred
and Sixty and 3/100 of an acre with all the appurtenances, And all the
right, title, interest, Claim and demand, of us or Either of us in the
premises,  To have and to hold the Same with theappurtenances unto the
Said Saml R. Pyles and his heirs in fee Simple forever, And I the Said 
James Pyles for myself and my heirs do hereby Covenant and agree,
to and with the Said Saml R. Pyles and his heirs and assigns, that I
am not the owner of the Said premises, And am Seized of a good
and indefeasible estate of inheritance therein, and that I have full
right and power to Sell and Convey the Same in fee Simple absolute
that the Said premises are free and clear of all incumbrances; that 
the Said Saml R. Pyles his heirs and assigns may forever hereafter
have, hold, possess, And enjoy the Same, without any Suit, moles=
tation, or interruption, by any person lawfully claiming any right
therein; and that I the Said James Pyles and all persons hereafter
claiming under me, will at any time hereafter, at the request and
expence of the Said Saml R. Pyles his heirs or assigns make all Such
further assurances for the more effectual Conveying of the Said premises
with the appurtenances as may be reasonably require by him or them
and that I the Said James Pyles, and my heirs will warrant and
defend the Said premsises, with the appurtenances unto the Said Saml
R. Pyles and his heirs and assigns forever

of the Said husband and that she hereby relinquishes all right
