County of Alachua   }  Know all men by these presents that I Simion Dell
                       of the State of Florida County of Alachua, Farmer
in Consideration of the Sum of Seven hundred & Seventeen  82/100 Dollars to
me in hand paid by Saml R. Pyles of the Said State & county, Farmer
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby give, grant, bargain
Sell and Convey, unto the Said Saml R. Pyles his heirs and assigns a cer=
tain tract of Land Situated in the County of Alachua and State aforesaid
and designated in the Land office of the United States for the Newnans-
ville District according to the Survey of the Same by the Said United 
States as the North East qr of the North West qr. of Section Fifteen Township
Seven South of Range Eighteen East Containing forty & 8/100 acres, and
the East half of the South West qr. S West qr. of the South East qr of
Section Ten in Township Seven South of Range Eighteen East Containing
forty and 8/ one hundred and twenty 13/100 Acres and the West half of
the North East qr  Section fifteen in Township Seven South of Range Eighteen
East Containing Eighty and 16/100 Acres, with all the priviledges and ap=
purtenances thereto belonging.
                    To have and to hold the foregoing aforegranted premises
to the Said Saml R. Pyles and his heirs and assigns in fee Simple forever
and I the Said Simeion Dell for Myself, my heirs, Executors and adminis=
trators do Covenant with the Said Saml R. Pyles and his heirs and
assigns, that I am lawfully Seized in fee of the aforegranted premises
that they are free from all encumbrances, that I have good right to
Sell and Convey the Same to the Said Saml R. Pyles, as aforesaid - and
that I Will and my heirs, Executors , and administrators Shall Warrant
and defend the Same to the Said Saml R. Pyles, and his heirs and assigns
forever, against the lawful Claims & demand of all persons.
     And for the Consideration aforesaid, and for divers other good land val=
uably Considerations I Elizabeth Dell wife of Said Simion Dell do hereby
release and quit claim unto the Said Saml. R. Pyles his heirs and assigns
all my right, Claim or possibility of Dower in or out of the aforedescribed
premises
        In Witness whereof we the Said Simion Dell and Elizabeth
Dell have hereunto Set our hands and Seals this 18th Day of December
in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty five
