            Know all men by these presents, that I Simion Dell of Newnansville
          Alachua County Florida Planter, are held and finaly bound, unto Simion
          Harvey of the same place of the same occupation, in the Sum of nine
          hundred dollars, good and lawful money of the United States, to be paid
          unto the said Simion Harvey his Executors, administrators and assigns
          to which payment well and truly be made, I do bind myself, my,
          heirs, Executors, and administrators or any and every of them firmly by
          these presents.  Sealed within my Seal dated the fifth day of September A.D.
          One thousand Eight hundred and forty five.
          The condition of this obligation is such, that if the above bond Simion
          Dell, his heirs, Executors and Administrators, or any of them, shall deliver
          such difficulties of the title to restrain lands and make out to the above
          named Simion Harvey sufficient title deeds to the said lands which he
          this day delivers to said Harvey, his heirs and assigns the purchase
          money to the amount of four hundred and fifty dollars with lawful
          interest for the same. Which said sum of money is this day paid unto
          Simion Dell, in consideration of said conveyance: then this obligation shall
          be void and of no effect, or else to remain and be in full force and virtue
          in kaw
