          County of Alachua ) Know all men by these presents, that I Abraham
                            ) Mott of the County and State aforesaid, for and
          in consideration of the Sum of Fifty Dollars to me in hand paid by
          Samuel R. Pyles of the same place, the receipt whereof at and before
          the sealing and delivery of these presents, I do hereby acknowledge, have
          granted bargained, sold, and conveyed, delivered, remised released and con-
          firmed and do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey, alien remise
          release and confirm unto the said Samuel R. Pyles the land described
          in this patent with all appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
          appertaining and all right, title claim and demand of me the said
          Abraham Mott of in and to the same. To have and to hold the same with
          the appurtenances unto the said Saml R. Pyles, his heirs and assigns for-
          ever. And I the said Abraham Mott for myself, my heirs, Executors
          and assigns, do hereby covenant and agree with the said Saml R. Pyles
          to defend him his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims of
          any and all persons claiming in through or by me.

            Know all men by these presents that I Eliiza Mott wife of Abraham Mott
          the grantor of the Land described in the patent issued by the United States
          to Abraham Mott upon certificate No 810 for and inconsideration of the
          of five dollars to me in hand paid by Samuel R. Pyles of Alachua County Florida
          the receipt whereof I do acknowledge, have remised, released and re-
          linquished unto the said Samuel R. Pyles all my right, claim or equity of Dower
          in and to the premises and Land in the said patent described, as fully and
          absolutely a I might or could do the same

                          ) for said County Mrs Eliza Mott to me well known to
         be the person who Executed the above relinquishment of Dower and being
         by me examined seperate and apart from her husband, She declared and 
         acknowledged that she executed the same freely and voluntarily on her
         part and without any constraint fear or apprehension of or from her
         said husband
