          County of Alachua)  the Circuit in and for Alachua County and
                           )  State of Florida James M. Stewart the grantor
          of the foregoing Deed, who acknowledged the same to be his act
          and deed for purposes therein specified, June 14th 1853

          Alachua County   )  Know all men by these presents that I John M.
                           )  Feaster of the State and County aforesaid, for and
          in consideration of the natural love and affection I have and bear to
          my daughter Elizabeth M. Reeves, wife of Benjamin T. Reeves of the State
          and County aforesaid have granted, Bargained and sold and do by these
          presents do give, grant bargain, sell and deliver to the said Elizabeth M.
          Reeves the following named negro Slaves To wit, Sarah aged about twenty
          one Clary aged nineteen Lucy aged thirteen, and Frank aged about
          two years.  To have and to hold the said negro Slaves and their
          future issue and increase, hereby given, granted, bargained sold, and de-
          livered unto the said Elizabeth M. Reeves, and the heirs of her body forever
          Now these presents are on the specific trust and confidence that the said
          negro Slaves aforesaid shall in no wise be liable for the debt and contracts
          of the said Benjamin T. Reeves nor shall they ever be sold or incumbered
          neither shall their future issue and increase, nor their labor be sold and
          incumbered or be in any wise liable for the debt or contract of the same
          Benjamin T. Reeves. That the said Benjamin T. Reeves shall have the
          control and management of the negro slaves aforesaid during his natural
          life, and that after his death they be under the control of such persons as
          shall, by will, or otherwise appoint. That on the death of the said Elizabeth
          M. Reeves the negro slaves aforesaid and their future issue and increase
          shall be divided among the lawful children of the said Elizabeth M. Reeves
          or the heirs of their bodies to have and to hold the same unto their their heirs
          and assigns forever
                              In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
          on this sixth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand and Eight hundred
          and fifty three

            Personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace in and for said
          County of Alachua John M. Feaster who acknowledged that he executed the
          forgoing instrument of writing for the purpose therein set fourth
          Witness my hand on this sixth day of June in the year one thousand
          Eight hundred and fifty three
