and assigns doth covenant and agree to and with the said party of the first
part, his heirs, executors and administrators, that he will not vend on said
premises any spirituous liquors in quantities less than one quart, and
the said party of the first part sells the afore mentioned premises on the
conditions last above mentioned, and the said party of the second part re-
ceived them on the same and it is further convenanted and agreed on
the part of the said party of the second part, for himself his heirs
Executors, administrators and assigns. That on his or their failure to com-
ply with said covenant and agreement, the afore granted premises
with the improvements there on shall revert to the said party of the first
part his heirs Executors and administrators. And the said party of
the first part for himself his heirs, executors, and administrators both
Covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns, that he, the said party of the second first part
is lawfully seized in fee of the afore granted premises, that he has good
right to sell and convey the same unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns, that they are free from all encumberances
except the conditions above named. And that he will, and his heirs, executors
and administrators shall covenant and defend the same unto the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever against the
lawful claims and demands of all persons. In witness wherof we the

the certain parcel of land conveyed by the said R.S. Stoughton to W.M Knox

hundred and fifty three
