Alachua County ) Know all men by these presents that I Margaret W. Paisly
) of the State and County aforesaid in consideration of the natural
love and affection which I have and bear for my two brothers, to wit William
R. Paisly and Stephen S. Paisly and also for Diverse other good causes and con=
siderstions Me the Margaret W. Paisly hereunto moving, have given granted
and confirmed and by these presents Do give grant and confirm unto the
William R. Paisly ans Stephen S. Paisly all and singular my rights title
and interest in and to the following Negro slaves. To wit one negro woman
named Judy aged about forty five years and one negro girl named
Dinah aged about sixteen years to have and to hold, all and singular the said
negro slaves, and their increase unto the said William R. Paisty and Stephen S.
Paisly , their heirs and assigns, to the only proper use and behoof of the
William R. Paisly and Stephen S. Paisly their heirs Executors and administrators
and assigns forever and I the said Margaret W. Paisly all and singular the
said negro property to the said William R. Paisly and Stephen S. Paisly
against me the said Margaret W. Paisly my executors and administrator, and
all and every other person and persons, Whatsoever shall and will warrant
and forever defend by these present, of and singular Which said negros
I the said Margaret W. Paisly have put the said William R. Paisly and
Stephen S. Paisly in full possission by delivery to them the said William R. Paisly
and Stephen S. Paisly the forgoing negroes have at the time of sealing and
delivery of these presents, in the name of the whole present hereby granted
provided neverless, that the said negro slaves shall be held by the said
William R. Paisly and Stephen S. Paisley for the use an benefit of my father
amd Mother, to wit Thomas Paisly and Elizebeth Paisly during their natural
lives and after their death of the said party Thomas Paisly and Elizebeth Paisly
then the said William R. Paisly and Stephen S. Paisly to agree
to pay to Elizabeth C. Boals the sum of two hundred dollars for
her own use and and the heirs of her body and not to be subject
to the debts of her husband and provided that the said negroes
shall be living at the death of the said Thomas Paisly and Elizabeth
and then the said William R. Paisly and Stephen S. SP Paisly are to
divide the aforesaid property and the increase of same equally
