that the said Charles A.M. Mitchel, Special Master in Chaucery, as aforesaid in
order to carry into effect the said sale, made in purscuance of the said decree
above cited and in consideration of the premises and of the sum of Forty
Seven dollars and Seventy Eight Cents paid at time of the execution hereof
by the said party of the second part to the said Charles A. M. Mitchel
Special Master as aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
granted, bargained, sold, released, conveyed and confirmed and by 
these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, release, convey, and confirm
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever
all that tract or parcel of land known and described on the map
of the said Aradondo Grant in the survey of David Burr and
Henry Washington in the year one thousand eight hundred and forty
five as section thirty one (31) Township ten (10) Range twenty (20)
together with all and singular the right members, priveleges here
ditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appurtaining To have and to hold all and singular the said
premises above mentioned and described, and hereby granted and
conveyed or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever to the only
proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof the said Charles
A.M. Mitchel, special Master in Chancery as aforesaid hath herewith
set his hand and seal this day and year first above written

   Know all men by these presects that I George M. Galpin of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of
the sum of Two hundred and twenty five dollars to me in hand paid by
Edward R. Power of said County and State at and before the sealing 
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof, I do hereby acknowledge
have granted, bargained, sold conveyed, aliened, remised, released and
confirmed and do by these presents grant, bargain, sell convey, alien
remise, release and confirm unto the said Edward R. Power the following
described lots of land lying and situated in the Town of Newnansville
Alachua county, State of Florida, and known and described on the 
map of said town as filed in the office of the Judge of Probate of Alachua
County as follows, to wit Lots Number Six (6) and Seven (7) on half Range
North of Range Number one (1) with all the appurtenances and all the
claims, right, title, interest and demand of me the said George M. Galpin
