This Indenture made this first day of March in the Year of Our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty two; between George W. Sanchez
administrator of the Estate of Francis R. Sanchez late of Alachua County
State of Florida, of the one part, and James G. Dell of Said County
and State of the Second part, Witnesseth that Whereas by virtue
of an Order of the Judge of Probate in and for the County of Alachua
State of Florida dated the twenty Eighth day of January in the Year
Eighteen hundred and fifty two, the Said George W. Sanchez, Administrator
as aforesaid was authorized and Empowered to sell the real Estate which
was of the Said Francis R. Sanchez deceased: Administrator as aforesaid
in his life time. And whereas the Said George W. Sanchez Adminis-
trator as aforesaid, having given the notice required by law in case of
the Sale of real Estate of intestate, did on this day offer for Sale at
Public Auction in front of the Court House door in the Town of
Newnansville County and State aforesaid the following described
property, being part of the real Estate of Said Francis R. Sanchez
deceased to Wit: Lot Number One, Exclusive of Seventy five feet
Square on the North West Corner of Said lot Said Seventy five feet Square
on Said North West Corner being owned by Elijah Barrow - and
Lots Number Two (2) Seven (7) & Eight (8) all in Block no Four (4)
of Range Number Three (3) in the Town of Newnansville County
of Alachua and State of Florida (as per plat of Said Town now
on file in the Office of the Judge of Probate for Said County)
And whereas the Said James G. Dell became and was the
highest bidder and last at Said Sale, for the above described property
at the Sum of One hundred and thirty five Dollars
Now Therefore, Know all men by these presents that I
the Said George W. Sanchez administrator as aforesaid, by virtue
of the Authority vested in me by the aforesaid order of the Judge
of Probate in and for the County of Alachua, and State of Florida
as well as in consideration of the Sum of One hundred and thirty
five dollars to me in hand paid by the Said James G. Dell the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain
Sell, release, remise, and confirm unto the Said James G. Dell
the following described tracts or parcels of Land to Wit; Lot No
One (Save and except Seventy five feet Square on the North West
Corner of Said Lot which Said Seventy five feet Square is
expressly excepted out of this Conveyance = Said portion of Said
Lot not being any portion of the real Estate of the Said Francis
R. Sanchez deceased: Also Lots No Two (2) Seven (7) & Eight
(8) all in Block Number four (4) of Range No Three (3) of
the Town of Newnansville, County of Alachua and State of Florida
together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper=
=taining
To have and to hold the aforegranted premises unto
the Said James G. Dell his heirs and assigns forever |
