     And the Said David L. Yulee and Nannie C. Yulee
do hereby agree that they will warrant and defend the Said
John B. Standley and his heirs and assigns, against all persons
claiming title in the Said tract of Land by through or

     I hereby certify that on the first day of April
in the Year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Fifty-Two personally
appeared before me, Charles D. Selding commissioner for the State
of Florida, resident in the District of Columbia authorised to take
testimony & the acknowledgment of deeds and other instruments
of Writing Under Seal to be used or recorded in the Said State
of Florida, the above Named David L. Yulee and Nannie C.
his wife, personally Known to me and thru and their acknowledged
that they Severally executed the Within instrument of Writing
for the purposes therein Mentioned-
And the Said Nannie C. having been examined by me
Seperatly And apart from her said husband, acknowledged
that She Executed the within instrument of writing, as
her free act and deed, without-any coercion in the
part of her said Husband
