                   } Know that I Neal Bone of the State aforesaid for and 
in Consideration of the sum of Seventy Three Dollars to me in hand paid
by W. Wash Scott at and before the Sealing and delivering of these
presents the receipt whereof I Do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents Do Grant, bargain and
Sell unto the Said W. Wash Scott and his heirs and assigns forever
a certain Tract of Land in the County and State aforesaid and Described
in the Land office in the Town of Newnansville East Florida as being
the South West quarter of the North East quarter of Section Thirty
four "34" in township Eight "8" south of Range Eighteen "18" Containing
38 94/100 Acres "Thirty Eight Ninety four hundredths Acres Together with
with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same
in anywise belonging  To have and to hold the Said Tract of
W Wash Scott his heirs and assigns forever, and I the Said Neal
Bone do bind myself my heirs and administrators and assigns forever
to Warrant and Defend to the said W. Wash Scott his heirs and
assigns forever

and Eight hundred and fifty three
