amount of his purchase money thereof. Now, This Indenture witnesseth
          that the said Charles A.M. Mitchel, Special Master in Chancery, as
          aforesaid, in order to carry into effect the said sale made in pursuance
          of the said decree above cited and in consideration of the premises and of
          the sum of one hundred and ninety one dollars and seventy seven cents
          paid at the time of the execution hereof by the said party of the second
          part to the said Charles A.M. Mitchel Special Master as aforesaid, the 
          receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold
          released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth grant
          bargain, sell, release and confirm unto the said party of the second part
          his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land known
          and described on the Map of the said Arredonda Grant in the survey
          of David Burr and Henry Washington in the year one thousand
          Eight hundred and forty five as from the half mile stake on the next-
          line of section 14, T 10, Range 19 running due East to the Gary Grant
          and all of said section North of said line together with all and singular
          the right, members privileges, hereditenaments and appurtences to the
          same belonging, or in anywise appertainig. To have and to hold all and
          singular the said premises above mentioned and described, and hereby
          granted and conveyed, or intended to be so with the appertenances unto
          the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to the only proper
          use, benefit and behoof, of the said party of the second part, his heirs and
          assigns forever
