          Chatham County ) This indenture made the Twenty fifth Day of July A.D.
                         ) Eighteen hundred and fifty three Between Mary E. Foote
          of the City and State of New York of the first part and Bennett M.
          Dell of Alachua County State of Florida of the second part. Witness-
          eth, that the said Mary E. Foote for and inconsideration of the
          sum of Twenty five hundred dollars to her in hand paid by the said
          Bennett M. Dell at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents
          the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
          sold, aleined, acknowledged remised, released and confirmed and by
          these doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release and confirm unto the
          said Bennett M. Dell and to his heirs and assigns, all that tract
          parcel or section of land situated lying in the State of Florida known
          and described as Section No 21 (Twenty one) in Township No 9 (nine)in
          Range 19 (nineteen) containing 639 72/100(Six hundred and thirty nine
          72/100 Acres being the same tract- which was purchased by the said
          Mary E. Foote from one Irsael Foote on the eight day of Febuary Eight-
          teen hundred and fifty and as by reference unto the conveyance thereof
          from said Israel Foote unto the said Mary E. Foote of record in Book
          of deeds pages 330, 331, 332, Feby 26th A.D. 1851 in the clerks office of the
          Circuit Court of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida, the descrip-
          tion of said Section will more fully and at large appear together
          with all and singular the houses, building, yards, gardens, liberties, priv-
          iledges, easements, commodities, emoluments, hereditaments, rights, members
          and appurtenances whatsoever there unto belonging or in any wise ap-
          pertaining. And the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
          rents, issues and profits, and all estate rights, title, interest, property
          or possession, claim and demand whatsoever in Law or in equity of the
          Mary E. Foote of in or to the same or any part or parcel thereof
          with the appurtenances.  To have and to hold the said Tract, parcel
          or section of Land and all singular other the premises hereby granted
          bargained, sold, aliened and confirmed with the hereditaments and ap-
          purtenances, unto the said Bennett M. Dell his heirs and assigns forever     
          and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever. And lastly
          the said Mary E. Foote and her heirs the said Tract, parcel or Section
          of Land and premises unto the said Bennett M. Dell his heirs and
          assigns against her the said Mary E. Foote and her heirs and against
          all and every other person or persons whasoever shall and will warrant
          and forever defend by these presents.
                                          In Witness whereof the said Mary E.
          Foote by William G. Foote her attorney in fact hath hereunto set
          her hand and seal at Savannah Georgia on the day and year
          first before written
