Know all men by these Presents, that the
State of Florida, for and in consideration of the Sum of One
35/100 Dollars per acre, to her in hand paid by John B. Standley
hath granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents doth grant,
bargain Sell and convey to said John B. Standley and his
heirs and assigns forever the following described Land, To Wit;
     Lots Numbers One and Two of Section Twenty in Township Eight
south of Range Nineteen East containing one hundred and Twenty
nine acres
     To have and to hold, to him the Said John B.
Standley and his heirs and assigns forever, in fee Simple
     In testimony Whereof, I, D.S. Walker Register of Public
Lands for the State of Florida, have hereto Set my hand and
Seal this 5th day of May, A D 2852
