                    }  Wife of Gilford Sikes in Consideration of the premises and
of the further Sum of One Dollar paid to me by the Within named William
Dell at and before the Signing of the release the receipt whereof is hereby
Acknowledged have remised released, relinquished And renounced to the said
William Dell and to his heirs and assigns all and all manner of Dower and
right and title and Claim to Dower and all other interest and Claim or right
and title whatsoever which I the said Caroline Sikes now or may or might
have or be entitled to in the above Conveyed Lot or parcel of Land, Known as
the North West quarter of Section Ten Township Nine Range Eighteen as per
the United States Survey in the State and County first above written In
Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and by scrawl this Nineteenth

                   }   Alachua County proceeded to take the private Exam=
ination of the above named Caroline Sikes touching her voluntary assent
to the foregoing relinquishment of Dower Seperate and apart from her hus=
band Gilford Sikes Whereupon She declared that she Execute the Same fully
and voluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint or apprehension
or fear from him her husband Gilford Sikes or of or from any person whatever
