                   } we James M. Sparkman of the County and
State aforesaid and Siny the wife of the Said James M. Spark-
man for and in consideration of the Sum of Twelve hundred
Dollars to us in hand paid by James Baldwin of the County
of Duval and State aforesaid the receipt whereof we Do here
by Acknowledge have bargained, Sold and quit claimed and
by these presents Do bargain, Sell and quit claim unto the
Said James Baldwin and to his heirs and assigns forever all
our and each of our right title interest, Claim and Demand
both at Law and in Equity and as well in possession as in Ex-
spectancy of in and to all that certain farm or piece of Land
Situated in the County of Alachua State of Florida Known
by the United States Surveyor as the Lot Number two of Section
Ten in Township nine South of Range Twenty two East in the
District of Lands subject to sale at St. Augustine Florida con=
taining Seventy Acres with all and singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging
                  In Witness whereof we have hereunto set
our hands and affixed our Seals this the 23d Day of February

well Known and acknowledged the foregoing Assignment to
be his act and Deed and I Certify that the Said James M. Spar=
kman is the identical person to whom the within Deed issued
and who Executed the foregoing assignments thereof
