State of Florida   } Know all men by these presents that
County of Alachua  } we James M. Sparkman of the County and state
of forsaid and Siny the wife of the said James M. Sparkman
for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars
to us in hand paid by James Baldwin of the county of Duval
and State of forsaid the receipt whereof we do hereby 
acknowledge have bargained sold and quit claimed and by these
presents do bargain sell and quit claim unto the said James
Baldwin and to his heirs and assigns forever, all our and
each of our right title intrest claim and demands, both at law
and Equity and as well in possession as in exp***ly of in
and to all that certain farm or peace of land situated in the
county of Alachua State of Florida Known by the United States
Surveyor as the lot Number three Section ten township nine
south of range twenty two East containing forty five acres
and seventy one hundreths of and acre with all and singular
hereditaments and appurtenances there unto belonging
In Witness whereof we have hereunto Set our hand an affixed our Seals
this the 23d day of February AD 1853  }

County of Alachua  } AD 1853 before Me personally came
James M. Sparkman to me well Known and acknowledged the forgoing
assignment to be his act and deed and Sertify that the
said James M. Sparkman is the intended person to whome the
within deed issued and who executed the forgoing assignment thereof
