Know all Men by these presents that S.D. Garrison of the County
of Hernando And State of Florida for and in Consideration of the 
Sum of five hundred and fifteen dollars to me in hand paid By A.
Hauge of Alachua County State of Florida the receipt whereof
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents is hereby ack=
nowledged have granted, Bargained Sold, Conveyed, Aliened remised
released and Confirmed and by these presents Do grant Bargain sell
Convey, alien remise release and Confirm unto the Said A. Hague the
following described Lot or parcel of Land Being and Lying in the County
of Alachua State of Florida and Known as following To wit: the
South West (1/4) quarter of Section (34) Thirty four Township (8)
Eight South of Range (19) Nineteen East Containing one hundred
and Sixty Acres of Land more or Less with all the appurtenances
and all the right title, interest Claim and Demand of me the
said S. D. Garrison in and to the Said premises to have and to
hold the said with the appurtenances unto the Said A. Hague
and his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.  And I the said
S. D. Garrison for myself and my heirs Do hereby Covenant and
agree to and with the Said A. Hague and his heirs and assigns
that I am now the Owner of the said premises and Am
Seized of a good indefeasible estate of inheritance therein and
that I have full right and power to sell and convey the
said premsises all free and clear from all incumbrances that the
said A. Hague and his heirs and assigns may forever hereafter
have hold, Occupy possess and enjoy the Same without any
suit molestation or interruption By any person whatever Lawful
ly claiming every right therein And that I the said S.D.
Garrison and all persons hereafter claiming imder will set any
time hereafter at the request and expence of the Said A. Hague
his heirs or assigns made all such further Assurances for the
more effectual Conveying of the Said premises with the appur=
tenances as May Be reasonably required by him of them And that
I the said S.D. Garrison and all persons my heirs will warrant
and Defend The Said premises with the appurtenances unto the
said A. Hague his heirs and assigns forever In Witness whereof I
the said S.D. Garrison have hereunto Set My hand and Seal thos the
Tweenth day of August in the Year of our LOrd one Thousand Eight
hundred and fifty three
