This indenture made this Twenty fouth Day of August in the year
          of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred abd fifty three, Between Richard
          Bone and his wife Isabella of the County of Bibb in the State of Georgia
          of the first part the said Isabella joining in these presents this Indenture
          and becoming a party thereto, for the purpose of relinquishing all claims to
          Dower to the Lands herein after to be mentioned: and William Washington
          Scott of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the second part
          Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration
          of the sum of two hundred dolars to them in hand paid by the said party
          of the secondpart, the receipt where of as and before the sealing and delivery
          of these presents, the said party of the first part do hereby acknowledge,
          have granted, bargained, sold, conveyed, aliened, remised, released and confirmed
          and do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey, alien, remise, release
          and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
          a certain tract of Land lying and situate in the County Alachua State
          of Florida, and known and described on the Survey of the United States as
          follows. To wit The south west quarter of Section Thirty four(34) Township
          Eight, south of Range Eighteen(18)East, Containing one hundred and fifty five
          acres, and seventy Eight one hundreds of one acre(155 78/100) together with
          all and singular the appurtenances to the said tract of Land belonging or in
          any wise appertianing, and all the rights title interest claim and demand
          of us, or Either of us in the premises. To have and to hold the same with the  ap-
          purtenances unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs, in fee simple
          forever and I the said Richard Bone for myself and my heirs, do hereby cov-
          enant and agree, to and with the said William Washington Scott and his 
          heirs and assigns that I am now the owner of the said premises and am
          Seized of a good indefeasible estate of inheritance therein and that I have
          full right and power to sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute
          that the said premises are free and clear from all incumberances: that the
          said William Washingto Scott and his heirs and assigns may forever
          hereafter have hold ocuppy, posess, and enjoy the same without any
          suit, molestation or interuption, by any person whatsoever, Lawfully claiming
          any right therein: And that I the said Richard Bone and all persons
          claiming under me will at any time hereafter, at the request of
          and expense of the said William Washington Scott, his heirs and assigns
          make all such further assurances for the more effective conveying of the said
          premises with the appurtenances as may be reasonably required by heirs or them
          and that I the said Richard Bone and my heirs will warrant and
          defend the said premises with the appurtenances unto the said William Wash-
          ington Scott, and his heirs and assigns forever.
