Bibb County ) Be it known that on the Twenty fourth Day of August
) in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and fifty three Richard Bone and Isbelle Bone, parties to the forgoing Deed
appeared before me M.M. Mason one of the Justices of the Inferior Court in
and for said County, and the said Richard Bone and Isabella Bone being
known to me to be the persons who Executed the said Deed. And the said Richard
Bone did acknowledge before me that he had Executed the said Deed for the purposes
therein mentioned. And the said Isabella Bone having been examined by me
privately and separate and apart from her husband did acknowledge that
She had Executed the same freely and volunteerly upon her part and without
any complusion, constrained apprehension or fear of or from her husband and
I also certify that said Inferior Court of Bibb County is a Court of Record

) County in the State of Georgia do hereby certify that
the Honorable M.M. Mason whose name is affixed to the foregoing certificate

Court duly sworned and commissioned and that all his offical acts as
such are entitled to full faith and credit and that the foregoing signature
purportes to be his is genuine

) County and State do hereby acknowledge under my
hand and seal taken separately and apart from my husband by
E.S. Jeffers Clerk of the Inferior Court of Bibb County aforesaid and
in presence of the Honorable M.M. Mason one of the Justices of said
Court, that the said renumeration of Dower made and intended to be made
by executing the foregoing joint deed with my husband to William
Washington Scott and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from my said husband. Witness my hand and seal this 24th day

that she had executed the same for the purposes therein mentioned
