Know all men by these Presents that the
State of Florida, for and in consideration of the Sum of
Two Dollars per acre, to her in hand paid by John B. Standley
hath granted, bargained and Sold, and doth by these presents
 grant, bargain, Sell and Convey to Said John B. Standley
and his heirs and assigns, forever, the following described
Land, To Wit;
     The North East quarter of the South East
Quarter of Section Twenty nine in Township Nine South
of Range Fifteen East containing Forty Acres
     To Have and to Hold to him, the Said John
B. Standly his heirs and assigns, forever, in fee Simple.
     In Testimony Whereof, I, D.S. Walker, Register
of Public Lands for the State of Florida, hath hereunto Set
my hand and Seal this 5th day of May 1852
