Know all men by these presents that I John H. Zawadski of the
          County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration
          of the sum of Seven hundred and Twenty four dollars and seventy two
          cents to me in hand paid by Hiram Roberts & Wm E. Foote of the
          City of Savannah and State of Georgia the receipt whereof I do hereby
          acknowledge, have given , granted, bargained, sold and conveyed
          and by these presents do give grant bargain sell and convey unto
          the said Hiram Roberts and Wm E. Foote their heirs and assigns the
          following tract or parcel of land "to wit" The south East quarter of the
          south east quarter Section No Ten and the North east quarter of the
          North East quarter Section No Fifteen, And Lot No one of Section No
          Fourteen in Township No Nineteen South of Range No Twenty from East
          being excess in said tract over the acre Located in virtue military
          Land warrant No 8767 in favor of John H. Zawadski
               To Have and to hold the same unto the said Hiram Robert and
          Wm E. Foote their heirs and assigns forever together with all the in-
          provements, priviledges and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
          wise appertaining to their own proper use and behoof amd I the said
          John H. Zawadski for myself my heirs Executors and Administrators do
          covenant and agree with the said Hiram Roberts and Wm E. Foote their
          heirs and assigns that I am the lawful owner of the afore granted premises
          that they are free from all incumbrances that I have good right to
          sell the same and that I will and my heirs executors and Administrators
          shall warrant and defend the same to the said Hiram Roberts and
          Wm E. Foote their heirs and assigns forever against the Lawful claims
          and demands of all persons, Provided nethertheless, that if the said
          John H. Zawadski, his heirs Executors or administrators, shall well
          and truly pay unto the said Hiram Roberts and Wm E. Foot their
          heirs and assigns a certain promissary note bearing date the second
          of July Eighteen hundred and fifty three.  Wherein the said John H.
          Zawadski & Co promise to pay Seven months after date to Roberts & Foote
          or order Seven hundred and Twenty four dollars and seventy two cents
          at either Bank in Savanah Georgia for value received According
          to the tenor and effect of the said promisary note then these presents
          to be nul and void: otherwise to remain in ful force and virtue
