hereafter, make, do, Execute and acknowledge all and every or cause
to be made, done, Executed and delivered and acknowledged, all and
such deeds, conveyances, and assurances in the Law for the better
assuring to the said William Ryan and Jackquelling Gee their
heirs and assigns of the premises in manner as above conveyed or men-
tioned and intended to be conveyed by the said Moses E. Levy and
lastly I the said Moses E. Levy for myself and each and every of my
Heirs, Executors and Administrators Shall forever warrant and defend
the above granted premises and the hereditaments and every part
thereof unto the said William R. Ryan and Jackquelling Gee, and
their heirs and assigns from and against myself and my heirs
and against all other persons lawfully claiming the same or any part

Moses E. Levy of the State of Florida by his two deeds bearing
date respectively 30th January 1826 and 15th March 1827 the
first recorded and the second in Alachua County in Book A
P 27 Did Mortgages unto us the Lands Situated in the State of
Florida fully described in the within deed and hereas the said
Moses E. Levy as the within written Deed Showeth hath conveyed
the said tracts of Land to William R. Ryan and Jackquelling
Gee. Now know ye that we the said Joseph DeLevante and
Seraphina Cheauviteau, in consideration of the payment of said
mortgage not yet satisfied on record but paid nevertheless
have remised released and forever quitclaimed and do by presents
remise release and forever quitclaim unto the said William Ryan |
