and Jackquelling Gee their heirs and assigns the Lands aforsaid
and all the estate, rights, title, interest, claim and what-
soever which we the said Joseph DeLevante and Serafina
Chauveteau have in and to the same and also the above named
mortgages, Deeds, and all such sum or sums of money as therein
are mentioned to be due and payable unto us the said Joseph
DeLevante and Serafina Chauveteau to have and to hold the
aforesaid Lands belonging or appertaining unto the said William
R. Ryan and Jackquelling Gee their heirs and assigns to them
and their sole use forever So that we neither the said Joseph
DeLevante and Serafina Chauveteau nor our heirs nor any person
or persons claiming under us or them shall at any time hereafter
by any way or means have claim or demand any right
title or interest to the aforesaid Lands or appertenances or to
any part or parcel thereof forever
