Alachua County ) Know all men by these presents that I Samuel
) W. Burnett of the County and State aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred Dollars to me in
hand paid by T.J. Prevatt and Charles L. Wilson of said County
and State at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby ackmowleged have granted bargained
sold aliened and conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain
sell alien and convey unto the T.J. Prevatt and Charles L. Wilson
the following described Lot of Land lying and situate in the Town of
Newnansville Alachua County State of Florida and known on
file in the office of the Judge of Probate of Alachua County as follows
(viz) Commencing at SW corner of Block No four(4), Range
one(1) and running East two hundred and fifty six feet thence
North two hundred and ten feet thence West thence two hundred
and fifty six feet thence South west to the place of beginning
with all the appurtenances and all the claim right title interest
and demand of ** the said Samuel W. Burnett in and to
the premises. To have and to hold the same with the appurtenances
unto the said T.J. Prevatt and Charles L. Wilson their heirs
and assigns forever in fee simple and I the said Samuel
W. Burnett for my self and my heirs Executors and Administrators
do hereby covenent, grant and agree to and with the said T.J.
Prevatt and Charles L. Wilson that I am now the owner of the
said premises and that I am seized of a good and indefeaseble
estate of inheritance therein and that I have full right and
power to sell and convey the same in fee simple that
the said premises are free (from) of all incumbrances that
the said T.J. Prevatt and Charles L. Wilson their heirs and assigns
may forever hereafter have hold occupy possess and enjoy
the same without any suit molestation or trouble by any per-
son whatsoever lawfully claiming any right therein and
that I the said Samuel W. Burnett and all persons claiming
under me will at any time hereafter at the request and
Expence of the said T.J. Prevatt and Charles L. Wilson their heirs
and assigns make all such further and other assurances
for the mor effectual conveyance of the said premises with the
appurtenances as may be acquired by them and that I the said
Samuel W. Burnett my executors and administrators will
forever warrant and defend to the said T.J. Prevatt and
