Know all men by these presents that I George M. Galpin
          of the County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in
          in consideration of the sum of Four hundred dollars to me
          in hand paid by Samuel W. Burnette of the County and
          State aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery of
          these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
          have granted bargained sold, conveyed, aliened, remised
          released conveyed and confirmed and do by these presents
          grant, bargain sell, convey, alien, remise, release convey and
          confirm unto the said Samuel W. Burnette the following
          described lot or parcel of land lying and situated in the
          town of Newnansville, County of Alachua and State of
          Florida, and known and described on the map of said
          Town, on file in the office of the Judge of Probate of
          of Alachua County as follows, to wit lot Number four (4)
          and also part of Lot number three (3) in Block number three
          (3) in range number two (2). Said lot number four and
          said part of lot number Number three being bounded as
          follows to wit commencing at the north east of said Block
          Number Three and running south Two hundred and ten
          (210)feet(or to the middle of the block) thence west one hun-
          dred and thirty feet thence north Two hundred and ten
          feet and thence east to the place of begining with all
          appurtenances and all the claims interest, title and demand
          of me the said George M. Galpin in and to premises to have
          and to hold the same with appurtenances unto the said Sam
          uel W. Burnette his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple
          and I the said George M. Galpin for myself and my
          heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant
          grant and agree with the said Samuel W. Burnette his
          heirs and assigns that am **** the owner of the said premises
          and that I am Seized of a good endefeasable estate inheritance and
          I have full right and power to sell and convey the same in fee simple
          absolute, that the said premises are free and clear of and, from all
          incumbrances; that that the said Samuel W. Burnette his
          heirs and assigns may forever hereafter have, hold occupy possess
          and enjoy the same free and clear and without any suit molestation
          trouble or iratation by any person hereafter claiming under me will
          at any time here after at the request of the said Samuel W. Burnette
          his  heirs and assigns make all such further and other assurances
          for more effectual conveying of the said premises with the ap-
          purtenances as may be required by him or them and that I the said
          George M. Galpin will and my heirs and assigns executors and
          administrators Shall manifest and forever defend to the said Samu-
          el W. Burnette his heirs and assigns the rights and title to the premises
          herby granted and conveyed against the Claim of all person claiming
          or to claim by through or under me and against the claim of all persons
          whatsoever In whereof I the said George M. Galpin have hereunto
          set my hand and seal this Ninth day of August in the year of our
          lord Eighteen hundred and fifty three
