Know all men by these presents that I Hannah E. Galpin, the
          wife of George M. Galpin the grantor of the forgoing deed for
          and in consideration of the premises of the said deed recited and in
          further consideration of the sum of five dollars to me in hand
          paid by Samuel W. Burnette the receipt whereof before the sealing
          and delivery of these presents I do hereby acknowledge do renounce
          release relinquish and forever quit claim unto the said Samuel W.
          Burnette and to his heirs and assigns all my right claim and
          equity of Dower in and to the premises by said deed conveyed
          as fully and absolutely as I might or could do the same

          Alachua County  ) that I Samuel W. Burnette of the
          County and State aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum
          of five dollars to me in hand paid by Elijah Barrow of
          said State and County have granted , bargained sold delivered
          remised released and confirmed and do by these presents
          grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto
          the said Elijah Barrow his heirs and assigns, forever the
          following described property(viz)lot No (4) four and also part
          of lot No (3) three in Block No(3) three in range No two(2) said
          lot no four(4) and said part of lot no three (3) being bounded as
          follows to wit commencing at the north east corner of said
          Block no three (3) and running south two hundred and ten (210)
          feet (or to the middle of the block) thence west one hundred
          and thirty feet (130) thence north two hundred and ten
          feet (210) and thence to place of  beginning and in the
          town of Newnansville as per plat of said of town on file
          in the office of the Judge of Probate of Alauchua County
          to have and to hold to him the said Elijah Barrow his
          heirs and assigns forever and I the said Samuel W.
          Burnette do here by covenant and agree to and with the
          said Elijah Barrow that I am now the owner of the said
