Know all men by these presents that I Clem E. Seckinger of the
          of Alachua and the State of Florida for and in consideration of
          the sum of one hundred and fifty to me in hand paid by
          Josiah Seckinger of said County and State the receipt whereof is
          hereby acknowledeged have granted, bargained sold conveyed
          aliened remised, released, and confirmed and do by these presents
          grant bargain sell alien remise release and confirm unto the
          said Josiah Seckinger the following described track or parcel
          of land lying and being in the County and State aforesaid and
          known and described on the United States Survey as follows
          to wit the South East quarter of Section twenty six in township
          nine Range Nineteen South and east with all the appurtenan-
          ces and all the rights and title interest claim and demand
          of me the said Clem E. Seckinger in and to the premises
          to have and to hold the same with the appurtenances with the
          said Josiah Seckinger and his heirs in fee simple forever
          and I the said Clem E. Seckinger for my myself and my heirs
          do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Josiah Seckin-
          ger and his heirs and assigns that I am now the owner of the
          said premises and am seized of a good indefeasible estate of
          inheritance therein and that I have full right and power to
          sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute that the
          said Josiah Seckinger and his heirs and assigns may forever
          hereafter have hold occuppy possess and enjoy the same without
          my molestion suit interuption by any persons whatever
          lawfully claiming any right therein and that I the said Clem
          E. Seckinger and all persons hereafter claiming  under me
          will at any time hereafter at the request and expense of the
          said Seckinger his heirs and assigns make all such further
          assurances for the more effectual conveying of the said
          premises with the appurtenances may be resonably required
          by him or them and that I the said Clem E. Seckinger
          and my heirs will warrant and defend the said premises
          with the appurtenances unto the said Josiah Seckinger
          his heirs and assigns forever In whereof witness whereof I the
          said         Seckinger have hereunto set my hand and seal
          this sixteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one
          thousand eight hundred and fifty three
