This Indenture, made the tenth day of March in the year of our
        Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty-two.  Between Theodore
        Bailey Meyers, of the city of New York, Councellor at Law and Catalina
        Mason, his wife, parties of the first part and John McKinstry of
        in the State of Florida of the second part. Witnesseth that the said
        parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one
        Dollar Lawful money of the United States to us in hand paid, by
        said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
        of these presents, the receipt- whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath remised,
        released, and quit-claimed and by these presents do remise, release
        and quit-claim, unto the said party of the second part and to his
        heirs and assigns for ever.  All that certain piece or parcel
        of land situate lying and being in the Arredonda Grant- in Florida
        and known and described as Section 6(six) in Township 10(ten)
        Range 21(twenty-one) containing Six hundred and thirty-five
        acres & 20/100(635 20/100) more or less.
                      Together with all and singular the tenements,
        hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any
        wise appertaining and the reversion & reverneses, remainder & remainders
        rents, issues & profits thereof; And all the estate, right, title, interest
        Dower and right of Dower, property, possession, claim and demand
        whatsoever, as well in law as in Equity, of said parties of the first
        part, of in or to the above described premises, of the said parties of the first
        thereof, with the appurtenances. To Have and to Hold all and
        Singular the above mentioned and described premises, together with the
        appurtenances unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and
        assigns forever.
                   In witness whereof, the said parties of the first part have
        herenuto set their hand and seal the day and year first above

        AD 1852, before me the undersigned a Commissioner appointed by
        the Governor of the State of Florida by letters Patent under the
        Great Seal of said State to administer oaths and take the proof
        and acknowledgements of Deeds, and other instruments under seal
        to be used and recorded in Florida in and for the State of New
        York and as such, duly commissioned and Sworn and
        dwelling in the City of New York personally appeared T. Baily
        Meyers and Catalina Mason, his wife, to me personally known
