Columbia County  } This indenture made this third day of Novem
ber in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and
fifty three between Archibald Hague of Alauchua County
in the State aforesaid of the first and George L. Brown of the
same place of the second part witnesseth that for and
in consideration of the natural love and affection which
I have and bear unto myself wife Martha Hague and
my daughter Francis P. Hague as well as for the better
Support and maintainance of my said wife and daughter
and such other children as my said wife may have and bear
by me I the said Archibald Hague party of the first part have
have bargained, sold conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said
George L. Brown as trustee for the said Martha and Francis
P. Hague and such other children of mine as aforesaid 
the following property described property, to wit all
that certain tract or parcel of land lying situated and
being in Hernando County in the State aforesaid known
as the south half of the South east quarter of section fifteen
in township twenty south of range twenty three East cont-
aining Eighty acres more or less also that other tract of land
lying in Alauchua County in said State known as the south west
quarter of section thirty four in township eight south of range
nineteen East containing one hundred and sixty acres more or
less to have and to hold the same together with appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto the said George L. Brown as trustee
as aforesaid for the sold benefit use and behoof of the said
Martha & Francis P. Hague and other children aforesaid
But with this express condition that in case of the death of the said Archibald
Hague before the said Martha and the said Martha should again marry
then all the estate and property hereby conveyed to the said Martha
in the premises aforesaid shall cease and determine and the same shall
become the sole property of Francis P. Hague and other children if
any as aforesaid And I the said Archibald Hague do hereby
covenant with the said George L. Brown trustee as aforesaid that
the said premises are free from encumbrances that I have good right
to convey the same in manner aforesaid and that I will warrant
and defend the title thereof unto him the said George L. Brown
as trustee as aforesaid for the uses and purposes aforesaid against
the claims of all persons whomsoever for ever In testimony whereof
