          South Carolina) I Moses Elias Levy of Alachua County in
          the State of Florida now residing at Charlestown in the State
          of South Carolina in consideration of the sum of nine hundred

          of the City of Charleston aforesaid have granted bargained and 
          sold and released and by these presents do grant bargain
