          of the grant heretofore made unto one Fernando la Masa Arredondo
          formerly of the teritory of east Florida and are now in the possession
          of the said Mose Elias Levy together with all and singular the 
          rights members Hereditaments and appurtenances to the said tracts
          of land belonging or in any wise incident or appertianing to have
          and to hold all and singular the said tracts of lands before
          mentioned unto the said William K. Ryan his heirs and assigns
          forever and I the said Moses Elias Levy doth hereby covenant
          and agree to and with the said William K. Ryan that at the
          time of delivery hereof I am the lawful owner of the premises
          above granted and siezed thereof in fee simple absolute and
          that I will warrant and forever defend the above granted prem-
          ises in his quiet and peaceable possession unto the said William
          K. Ryan his heirs and assigns forever against all persons whom
          soever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof

          of October in the year One thousand eight hundred and fifty
