to be the individuals described in who executed the forgoing
        convayance & severally acknowledged to me that they had executed
        the same and the said Catalina Mason in a private examination
        Separate & apart form her said husband acknowledged that she had
        executed the said conveyance duly without any fear or compulsion
        on the part of her husband

        This Indenture, made the tenth day of March in the year
        One thousand Eight-hundred & Fifty-two between William W. Wells and
        Cinthia W. Ryer, widow of Frederick Ryer deceased the said William W.
        and Cinthia being the sole surviving heirs at law of Nathaniel Wells
        deceased both of the city of New York parties of the first part and
        John McKinstry of the second part Witnesseth, that the said party
        of the first part in consideration of the sum of One thousand
        dollars to us in hand before the delivery hereof have bargained
        and sold, and by these presents do grant and convey to the said
        party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever  All that
        certain lot piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in
        the Arredonda Grant in the State of Florida and known as Section
        Six in Township Ten, Range Twenty-one, and containing Six
        hundred and thirty five 20/100 acres be the same more or less, so as
        the said lot was conveyed to the said parties of the first part by
        Commissiones deed upon the final partition of said Alachua grant
        with the appurtenances and all the Estate, title and interest,of
        the said parties of the first part therein, And the said parties
        of the first part do hereby covenant and agree with the said
        party of the second part, that at the time of the delivery hereof, the
        said parties of the first first part are the lawful owners of the premises
        above granted **** and seized thereof in fee simple absolute and
        that they will warrant and defend the above granted premises in
        the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part
        his heirs and assigns forever
