State of Florida } This Indenture made and executed this 21st day of
Alachua County   } June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty two, between John A. Dean of the State and County
aforesaid and of the first part, and John Lewis Sr of the Second part,
Witnesseth, that the Said John A. Dean for and in consideration of
the Sum of three hundred dollars to him in hand paid, by the said
John Lewis Sr the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted,
bargained, Sold, conveyed and delivered, and by these presents doth grant,
bargain, Sell, Convey and deliver unto the Said John Lewis Sr his heirs
and assigns, all the following described lot or parcels of land lying and
being in the County aforesaid, and known as the South East quarter
of section thirty five, in Township Ten, South of Range twenty two
East, containing one hundred and Sixty one acres, and three hundredths
of an acre, to have and to hold the said before described premises,
together with the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to him the
Said John A. Dean for himself, his heirs, Executors and Administrators
will forever warrant and defend the right and title thereto, against
the claims of all persons, whatever, In Testimony whereof the
Said John A. Dean has hereunto Set his hand and Seal the day and
year above written

State of Florida } Personally appeared before the Subscriber a Justice
Alachua County   } of the peace for Said County, and State, Jane
A. Dean, wife of John A. Dean the Subscriber to the foregoing Deed
who being examined by me Seperate and apart from her said Husband
does on oath declare that She did of her own free will and accord,
Sign the said foregoing Deed with intention thereby to release all right
and title in to and of the tract or parcel of land by said Deed
