          Come, Know ye, that Ch; Richardson Miles Esqr, whose
          Seal and Signature appear to the Instrument of writing hereunto
          annexed is a NOTARY public, & ex off Magistrate for Charleston
          District in the State aforesaid, Commissioner by letters patent, under
          the great seal of the State
             Therefore, all due faith, credit and authority, is and ought
          to be had and given to his proceedings and certificates as such.
                   In Testimoney Whereof, I have hereunto Set my hand,
          and caused to be affixed the seal of the State, in the City of
          Charleston, State aforesaid, the twenty Sixth day of November
