This instrument made this the third day of January
in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and fifty four,
Between William B. Wimberly, and Elizabeth J. Wimberly his wife,
and Oliver Bryant, and Sarah A. Bryant his wife, of the first
part, and Phillip Dell of the second part, Witnesseth, that
the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of thirty one hundred dollars in hand paid, the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained,
sold, conveyed, released, and confirmed, and confirm unto the said
party of the second part, all of those tracts or certain parcels of
land lying and being in Alachua County, aforesaid, and known
and described as follows, that is to say, so much of the East
half of the South East Quarter of section Twenty-One (21) and
of the West half of the North West Quarter, and the of the West
half of the South West Quarter of section twenty-two (22) and
of the North East Quarter of Section twenty-eight (28) and of
the West half of the North west Quarter of Section twenty-seven (27)
in Township Seven (7) of Range eighteen (18) as lies East of a
certain stream, or branch, known as the Townsend Branch, and
the West half of the East half of the North west Quarter, and the
West half of the South East Quarter of section twenty seven (27)
in the same Township and Range; together with the tenements,
hereditaments, and appurtenances therewith belonging, or in anywise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereon; and also all of the Estate, right,
title, interest, claim, or demand whatsoever at law or in Equity
of, in, or to the above bargained and described tracts of land, or either
of them or any part thereof, and the said Elizabeth J. Wimberly, wife
of the said William B. Wimberly, and the said Sarah A. Bryant, wife
of the said Oliver Bryant, parties of the first part, for themselves,
do by these presents relinquish, and renounce, forever all Dower,
and all right, title or claim of Dower which they or either of
them has, may or ought to have in the said above described tracts
of land hereinbefore conveyed unto the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of parties
of the first part, for themselves, their heirs, Executors and Administrators
the said tracts or parcels of land above granted and sold, and
the said Dower and right of Dower of the said Elizabeth J. Wimberly
and the said Sarah A. Bryant or either of them above relinquished
and renounced unto the said party of the second part, his heirs
and all assigns against themselves, their heirs, Executors and Administrators
and all persons claiming or to claim by, through or under them,
or either of them, and against all and every other person or
persons whatsoever, shall and will warrant and defend by these
