Alachua County } Personally appeared before me a justice of the peace
in and for the State and County aforesaid, Elizabeth J. Wimberly wife
of William B. Wimberly, and Sarah A. Bryant wife of Oliver Bryant,
parties to the above conveyance, who being each duly examined Seperately
and apart from their respective Husbands, and apart from each other,
acknowledged that their respective relinquishment and renunciation of Dower
in the above Deed of Conveyance to which they are parties, was made freely
and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension,
or fear, of, or from their ^said Respective Husbands. And I do hereby certify
that this acknowledgement was taken and made by the said Elizabeth
J. Wimberly, and the Said Sarah A. Bryant, under their respective
hands and Seals, Seperately and apart from their respective Husbands, and
from each other.
