and for the state and County aforesaid, Nancy L. Townsend wife of William
Townsend who being examined seperately and apart from her said husband,
acknowledged that the relinquishment and renumeration of Dower in the
above Deed of Conveyance to which She is a party was made freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension, or
fear of, or from her Said Husband, And I hereby certify that this
acknowledgment was taken and made by the said Nancy L. Townsend
under her hand and seal, seperately and apart from her said Husband.

This Indenture made the seventh day of January, in the year of
our Lord one thousand Eight-hundred and fifty four Between Wade H.
Bryant of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, and Mary A.E.
Bryant wife of the said Wade H. Bryant, parties of the first part, and
William Gavin of the same place, party of the Second part, WITNESSETH,
that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the
Sum of three hundred dollars lawful money of the United States, to
them in hand paid by the said party of the Second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of then presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, revise, released, and conveyed,
and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, revise, release,
and convey unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs
and assigns forever, all that certain piece or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the county of Alachua, known and described as follows,
to wit, the North East Quarter of the South East Quarter of
Section thirty two (32) in Township seven (7) South of Range eighteen
(18) East, together with all and Singular the tenaments,
hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any
wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders,
rents, issues, and profits thereof, and also all the estate, right,
title, interest, Dower and right of Dower, property, possession, claims
and demand, whatsoever, as well in law as in Equity, of the said parties of |
