Alachua County       } Personally appeared before the Subscriber a Justice of
of the Peace, in and for said County, Wade H. Bryant, and Mary A.E.
Bryant his wife, to me well known, and the Said Wade H. Bryant acknow=
=ledged to me that he had executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance for the
purposes therein expressed, on the day and year therein mentioned, and the
Said Mary A.E. Bryant his wife, being by Seperately examined, seperate and
apart from her Said Husband, acknowledged that She executed the foregoing
instrument of writing for the purposes therein expressed, and relinquished all
her Doweer or right of Dower in or to the Same, without any fear, threat,
or compulsion of or from her Said Husband.
        In testimony whereof, I have hereunto Set my hand and seal
this 7th day of January A. D. 1854

This Indenture made the first day of January in the year one
thousand eight hundred and fifty four, Between James G. Dell and Mary
C. Dell his wife of the County of Duval and State of Florida, of the
first part, and Jesse T. Bernard of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, of the Second part, Witnesseth, that the party of the first
part, for and in consideration of the Sum of twelve hundred dollars to
them  in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
bargained, Sold, aliened, released, Conveyed, and comfirmed, and by these
presents do bargain, Sell, aliened, release, Convey, and Confirm unto the
the said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns, for ever, all that
lot or parcel of land lying being and Situated in the Town of Newnansville
County of Alachua and State of Florida, bounded as follows, on the North
by a lot owned by George M. Galpin, on the East by a lot owned by
Mrs Zilpha Standley, on the South by a Street running East and West, in
the Said Town of Newnansville, and on the West by a lot owned by Richard
and Scott and the said George M. Galpin, Said granted lot being fronting
on the Said Street running East and West, and Measureing thereon Seventy
five feet Square on the North West Corner of Said lot Number one
exclusive of Seventy five feet Square on the North West corner of said lot,
