Said Seventy feet Square on Said North West Corner being owned by Elijah Barrow,
and lots Number two (2) Seven (7) eight (8) all in block Number four, of Range
Number three in the Town of Newnansville, County of Alachua and State of
Florida, as per plat of said Town on file in the office of the Judge of Probate
for Said County, together with the Tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and also, all the Estate, right,
title, interest, Dower or right of Dower, property, possession, claim and demand,
whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, of in and to the Same, To
have and to hold the herein before granted, bargained and described premises,
with the appurtenances unto the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and
assigns, to his and their own proper use benefit, and behoof for ever in fee
Simple, and the said party of the first part, for themselves, their heirs,
Executors, and Administrators, the Said bargained premises unto the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns will warrant and for ever defend
the right and title thereof against themselves, and against the Claim of
all other persons whatsoever.
