State of Florida, Alachua County;
This indenture, made the ninetenth day of January
in the year one thousand Eight hundred and fifty-two and in the seventy
Sixth year of the Independance of the United Sates of America. between
Moses E Levy of St. Johns County owner and Serafina Chauviteau of
Paris and Joseph DeLevant of London Mortagees of the one part
and John McKinstry of the other part withesseth; that the said
Moses E. Levy for and in consideration of the sum of one thou-
sand and Sixty dollars in hand paid, at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents,the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, hath granted, bargined, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents doth grant, bargin, sell, alien, convey and
confirm unto said John McKinstry his heirs and assigns
all the following Section of land situate in the Arredonda grant
that is to say Section Thirteen, Township Ten, Range Twenty and
Section five and Eight, Township Ten, Range Twenty-one.
To have and to hold the said property with all and singular
the rights,members and appurtenances thereof whatsoever, to the said
John McKinstry being, belonging, or in any wise appertaining
with the remainder and remainders, reversion and reversions; rents
issues and profits thereof, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of him the said John McKinstry his heirs, Executors, and
administratorers and assigns, in fee simple: and said Moses
E. Levy for his heirs executors and administraters, do covenant with
the said John McKinstry his heirs executors and administraters
that he is lawfully Seized in fee of the afore granted premises
that they are free from all incumbranceses; that hath good
right to sell and convey the same to the said John McKinstry
as afore said; and he will and his heirs Executers
and administraters shall, warrant and defend the same, and
every part thereof, to the said John McKinstry his heirs and
assigns, forever, against the lawful demands of all persons, by
notice of these presents.
